Remoulade Dressing
It s popular featured in louisiana cuisine and a new orleans style remoulade sometimes contains chopped hard boiled eggs.
Remoulade dressing. Combine onion celery garlic green onion parsley and horseradish in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped but not smooth scraping down sides as needed. Remoulade is a mayonnaise based sauce of french origin often served with seafood.
Ingredients 1 cup mayonnaise cup chili sauce 2 tablespoons creole mustard 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon louisiana style hot sauce or to taste 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce 4 medium scallions chopped 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 2. Add mayonnaise lemon juice creole mustard ketchup and worcestershire. Ingredients 1 cup mayonnaise 3 tbsp creole mustard or spicy brown 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp louisiana hot sauce 1 3 tsp garlic minced 1 2 tsp black pepper freshly cracked 1 4 cup dill relish 3 tbsp ketchup 3 tsp creole seasoning.
Spoon mixture into a medium mixing bowl.
